Keep straight on the main path to the ford, but there are lots of lovely little footpaths on either side of the main route. This is also a super cycle route up to Bolderwood.
The little ford is a super place for a summer paddle too.

A walk through Sloden and Amberwood inclosure, New Forest.
Beautiful walk with my family in the New Forest today. Sloden inclosure Amberwood, down to the ford. Just turn off in Burley towards Lyndhurst and it's the first car parking area.
Keep straight on the main path to the ford, but there are lots of lovely little footpaths on either side of the main route. This is also a super cycle route up to Bolderwood.
