Mt Ararat, Ringwood Forest.

St Stephen Rd, Mt Ararat, Borrows lane.  A lovely walk taking about 1.5H walking into Ringwood forest from St Stephen Rd and turning right onto the lower track.

Keep left and then take the first left opposite the Southernhay passageway. Keeping left until you reach a main track crossover.

Keep going up the hill here, always head up hill until you reach the house at Mt Ararat. Turn left onto the top track that passes the telegraph station and then descend down the path which reaches Burrows lane passing through the barrier.

At the junction of the lane turn left again and follow the bridleway that run next to Stephen's castle and comes out at the Recreation ground.
