Walking along the river on New Years Eve, covent garden and Saint Paul's. All very beautiful and then London 2016 Fireworks.

A lovely New Years Eve walk in Ringwood forest early this morning.

Ringwood Forest.

A windy walk from us today. The eastern part of Ringwood Forest. Happy New Year for Friday everyone.

Ringwood Forest.

There's always colour, friends and a good walk in Ringwood Forest. It's looking so bright with the yellow gorse at the moment, even without any winter sunshine.

Moors valley.

Moors valley this afternoon for a walk around the playtrail/tree tops with my daughter/granddaughter. It was amazingly busy there. Busier than the summer season but my granddaughter still loved going off in the trees and splashing in all the muddy puddles in her new Christmas splash suit.

Hincheslea to Wilverley, New Forest.

It was rather dull today but we needed a good long walk. This one is always a favourite of ours as it has plenty of variety and good views. Wilverley is between Burley and Brockenhurst. Parking at Hincheslea bog next to the old railway track, we went up to the wood on top of the hill and then along to horseshoe Earth and Wilverley plain before dropping into the inclosure for a picnic. Then it was back over to Horseshoe Bottom before returning to the car. Around 8km and a couple of hours.
