Smugglers Road, Burley.

Vales Moor to picket post and Foulford on the Smugglers Road. Around 5 miles and taking about 2 hours.

Park at the Smugglers road car park on the Crow hill road between Ringwood and Burley. It's called Moortown lane. 

Walk up onto the ridge and along to the car park at Picket post, then turn left and down to the bridge. 

Up to the path that goes over to Foulford and turn left again following this path until it reaches the woods, turn left after the white and blue cottage and then head down passing a farm to your right, through woodland .

After crossing the bridge turn left and go up onto the heathland once again. 

At the next junction take the right turn and the following one the left to go back up onto the ridge and descend to the car park shortly after. Lovely open walk with stunning views. Easy with a few inclines.
