Serignan Plage

A beautiful place for a wild beach walk. Serignan Plage. The beach is littered with trees and driftwood from the earlier storms this autumn.

It's a lovely place to walk, sit and enjoy or fish. Children love all the driftwood for making camps and houses, adults just seem happy to relax.  The views were beautiful too, down to the Pyrenees and up to the Caroux.

Parking at several large free car parks. It's possible to walk all the way along the beach from Grande Maire to the outlet of the Orb and also possible to walk behind the sand dunes in a nature reserve of sea lavender and samphire.

Access from the D64 Valras-Plage road, taking left turn onto the D37E11 and then taking a right turn onto the double laned one way road to the Les Serignan Plages.  This location is just south of Beziers.
