The mediterranean garden at Roquebrun

The mediterranean garden at Roquebrun. Walk through the pretty village and up to the top near the church. The gardens are open every day during the summer, although closed for lunch until the end of the month. After that they are open until 7pm. 5.50 euros for adults. Take the lower path through the garden, with ever more wonderful views as you turn and go up to the wonderful rock formations. The pines smell wonderful here and there are lots of lovely plants to view including many catus. There is a little refreshments terrace, sadly it was closed today but I should think it's open during the summer. When you return to this do visit the grotte as the views of the tower and valley behind are rather wonderful too. Returning to the village walk the other way and then turn left to return to the bar at the bottom for a very welcome drink or ice lolly.
